SentFromAI is operated by Brightboard AI Ltd, a UK company, as set out in our terms and privacy policy. Its email infrastructure is hosted in Ireland, which is in the European Union. The United Kingdom is not an EU member state.

Those facts answer different procurement questions. If your requirement is an email service hosted in the EU, SentFromAI is a candidate. If your policy requires a supplier incorporated in an EU member state, a UK company does not meet that specific condition.

EU hosting also does not, by itself, establish GDPR compliance or EU ownership of the infrastructure provider. Evaluate the processing agreement, subprocessors, access arrangements, retention, and transfers for your intended use. Check the whole agent workflow

An Ireland-hosted inbox does not keep every copy of a message inside the EU. Email connects systems. Sending to an overseas recipient can put a copy on their provider's infrastructure. Reading a message into an AI model or forwarding it to a webhook can create additional processing outside the email service.

Before choosing a provider, map where your application moves email content and ask these questions:

• Processing and storage. Does the location statement cover message handling, attachments, and backups, or only the main database?
• Plan restrictions. Is EU hosting included on the plan you can buy, or subject to an Enterprise agreement?
• Agent and model location. Where does your agent run, and where does its model provider process email content?
• Connected systems. Where do webhooks, logs, search indexes, and exported attachments go?
• Contract and lifecycle. What processing terms, access controls, deletion rules, and backup-retention commitments apply?

For a strict regional requirement, verify each link in that workflow. Do not treat a hosting statement as a promise about third-party recipients, tools, or models.

Give your agent an Ireland-hosted inbox

SentFromAI supplies the email infrastructure: dedicated inboxes, sending and receiving, message history, threaded replies, and attachments. Your agent supplies the application logic and decides which actions it is allowed to take. You can connect through the API or use the documented MCP setup.

1. Create your account. Start on the Free plan and generate an API key in the SentFromAI console. Keep the key in your runtime's supported secret storage.
